Regenerate & Restore is a gentle, structured 2-week relaxation and renewal program created exclusively for women. Designed for a small group of just five participants, this experience
blends individual therapeutic care with the healing power of group connection. Through Healing Touch (HT), Access Bars, Access Facelift, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and guided
meditation, women are supported in a quick restoring balance, calm, and vitality.
This program offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and replenish both body and mind while learning simple tools that can be integrated into daily life.
Each participant will be supported to:
• Reduce stress and emotional overload
• Regulate the nervous system
• Improve energy flow and stimulate lymphatic circulation
